Gwen Ainsworth says hello to Paris! Starting the press tour for Beauty and the Beast, our favorite leading lady keeps is classy and fashionable while out and aboutin the beautiful city. Starting the tour off right, fresh from taking a miniature break from filming Lara Croft.
"I sometimes get emotional when I go back and watch (Harry Potter movies). I just look back and I'm reminded how much I really put into that role and the films. I know I always say this, but Hermione very much became a part of me. So whenever I am to sit down and watch the films with whoever, commenting on bits and parts of it can definitely throw me through an emotional loop."
Gwen Ainsworth as Lara Croft. I know there's been a lot circulating this reboot but I'm really looking forward to it. Gwen has proved her acting chops outside of HP and that she can hold her own. She's been prepping for a big action role like this beginning with HP and then with Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. There's a new wave of action starlets coming in these days and I'm stoked that she's becoming a part of that.
Tale as old as time, true as it can be. Barely even friends, then somebody bends, unexpectedly. Just a little change, small to say the least. Both a little scared, neither one prepared. Beauty and the Beast.
"I love connecting with fans. They are kind of my mystery friends. Always rooting for me and cheering me on and that's what a person needs in life. Even if you aren't around them all of the time or don't see them, you know you got the support for you to succeed and keep going. Having fans is a major reason why I keep on acting. If I can act as in many projects that I can and keep them happy, then no other feeling can really measure up to that. I don't want to get in that point of my life where I'm just acting on routine in projects that don't matter so much and people are sick of me. I feel as if it's too soon for me to peak and I'm really just getting my ball rolling."
