Is This The First Photo Of Gwen Ainsworth As Belle?

The website Stitch Kingdom posted some pictures of what seem like Gwen Ainsworth as Belle in Beauty and the Beast. It is unknown if the photos are real or just manipulated art found online. While we got a glimpse of her in the teaser a few months back, there has been no official photos of her as the character in the movie.

While it's very possible that these photos are the first look as her as Belle, we still can have doubts since it hasn't been confirmed yet.

Either way, you won't hear complaints from over here. With the upcoming holidays and only being months away from the theatrical release of the movie, it's likely that we'll see official promos very soon. How much do you want to bet that the first official trailer will come out in November? Holiday movies sure have a tedency to put those out, especially Disney.

How Gwen Ainsworth's Lara Croft Will Be Different From The Angelina Jolie Version

This is the modern survival-action origin story time line as opposed to the classic (Lara Croft). Been having a long time fan of the Tomb Raider games, I'm really eager to see the modern film adaptation being brought to the big screen. I have confidence that Lara will be just as much action in this movie just like the Angelina Jolie ones before it. The newer games have delved deeper into Lara's story and since the film will be taken place within the latest and updated timeline, we can assume that it won't be like the movies before and do what is right and stick to the newer storyline of the games. Just like the Assasin's Creed franchise.

While the two Angelina Jolie movies of the franchise were successful at the box office but neither were really blockbuster hits. It does seem that Gwen Ainsworth is looking to help bring back the franchise in a big way and bring a more realistic approach to the character.

"I think when you think about (director) Roar (Uthuag) when you think about Gwen Ainsworth and the approach that they're taking it is always with that eye of delivering a new type of Tomb Raider movie, one that does take place within the modern timeline."

Anyone who has played the games, knows of the drastic differences between the older ones and the newer versions. Both 2013's Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider both did very well.
