Gwen Ainsworth Named As New Lara Croft

MGM, Warner Bros. and GK Films announced the news today that the new Tomb Raider movie has found it's star! The English actress signed on for the role of Lara Croft for the new installment which will be directed by Roar Uthaug.

Ainsworth is most well known for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter franchise and her last film, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. While most would consider her pretty well seasoned, she's considered a familiar but still fresh faced actress. Her upcoming movie, The Untitled Warren Beatty Project is planned for a fall 2016 release.

Tyler Davidson and Gwen Ainsworth Enjoy Coffee Date In Los Angeles, Spark Dating Rumors

While Tyler Davidson and Gwen Ainsworth were reported getting quite cozy at Coachella over the weekend, the two were spotted since grabbing coffee together on Tuesday. They were seen getting into the same car together before taking off. A source says the two aren't dating but they are a little bit more than friendly with one another, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they do get involved.

While both camps remain silent on what is exactly going on between the actor and actress, reports say that the two met at an after party for the Oscars, while Ainsworth was still in a relationship with actor, Elliot McCune. There was no official news of the break-up between the Anna Karenina co-stars turned lovers, but since she has been seen with Davidson at Coachella, it appears that it's over for them and on for this new potential couple.

Back in December, E! caught up with Ainsworth on what her dating life has been like and commented with, "I never went through the whole dating process. I don't have time to do that. It's either 'are we doing this or aren't we?' because most of the people who I get in relationships with are just as busy as I am. There's no games, it's very cut and dry. I'm lucky and very fortunate to have always been in really good relationships. When things end, it's just been because they naturally have run their course. I'm alright with not settling completely down right now, I have a lot I want to accomplish before any of that is discussed. Who knows? Maybe in the future I'll date if it happens. We'll see."

Gwen Ainsworth Is Nailing It As Belle In Beauty And the Beast

The 25-year-old actress stepped out looking fresh faced while walking with an iced coffee while there are reports that Beauty and the Beast had a screening at for fans at CinemaCon, "Disney is already test screening Beauty and the Beast that stars Gwen Ainsworth. It's absolutely amazing."

The film also stars Luke Evans, Ewan McGregor and Dan Stevens in the upcoming live-action adaption of the classic and much beloved Disney film. The shoot took seven weeks of rehearsal before the movie was set to film. It's also been a known fact that Ainsworth took singing lessons since being cast in the movie. "I'm so very proud of this," Ainsworth was said back in March when asked about the film, "it's going to be so fabulous. We've got Bill Condon, who directed Dreamgirls, who is an absolute treasure of a person to work with. When going onto a project such as Beauty and the Beast and being someone who was raised on the movie, he's the ideal person to have in charge of it. To have Alan Menken on board, who did the original soundtrack for the animated film, just adds in the whole making the dream come true. Alan being involved just made it all that more real, like, this is happening, this is really happening! This is bringing to life of the film that so many people hold close to their hearts and souls. Then you've got Katie Spencer who has done beautiful work on the sets of Anna Karenina, the two Sherlock Holmes films and Atonement. Jaqueline Durran, who like Katie, I was involved in Anna Karenina with and she creates the most extraordinary and beautiful costumes. The cast is everything... I really just can't wait for the rest of the world to see this. It's going to be something really special for everyone."

“Beauty and the Beast” hits theaters March 17, 2017.
